Fabian is an Argentinian chef living in Panama City. He has worked as a professional chef in various hotels and restaurants around the world, for 25 years. And in the past 12 years, Fabian has worked as a chef instructor in culinary schools. He is equally passionate about teaching and cooking. Fabian is excited to share his experiences and knowledge with many people around the world. Although Fabian can cook a number of different cuisines, Mediterranean and Argentinian cuisine is his favorite, and he also enjoys baking. In this class, Fabian will share all his tips and tricks to cook a delicious homecooked meal.

14 oz or 0.88 lb. pasta (400 g), fideos or cappellini or broken spaghetti
1/2 lb. (250 g) sea bass, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb. (250 g) shrimps
2 prawns
2 1/4 cups (500ml) fish broth
4 tbsp (50 ml) olive oil
