Your host Evgeny
The winner of the "Taste of Dubai" contest and an expert in meat, Evgeny is delighted to teach guests how to make beef tartare the right way. A lover of chocolate, he will also teach you how to make his signature chocolate lava cake! Evgeny learned to cook from his mother and then on his own as his passion for being in the kitchen grew stronger, from the time he was 5 years old! He draws inspiration from his loved ones' cooking and world-famous chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver. Evgeny constantly likes to re-invent himself, learn new skills and compete in domestic and international competitions like the culinary festival ‘Gastreet 2018’.
