What to expect

Please note menu might vary. If there are particular dishes you are interested in trying, please include your request in the booking form.

In-home meal: (1-8 guests) Join Lucia and Laetitia for a traditional Italian meal in the heart of Tuscany, where you’ll enjoy a true taste of Italian hospitality. Nestled in their home in Belforte, in the province of Siena, this experience offers more than just a meal — it’s a chance to connect over food, stories, and the joy of cooking. Laetitia and Lucia are passionate about using only the finest ingredients, sourcing locally from nearby farmers to ensure seasonal, organic products. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or a lover of meat, they cater to all diets with a commitment to quality and sustainability. For meat dishes, they proudly serve only local, wild-sourced meat from the nearby forest.

A few dishes that you might try at Laetitia and Lucia's home are wild herb and flower pesto, homemade pasta fresca served with a rich tomato sauce or hearty ragù, or a seasonal risotto. To round off the meal, indulge in a classic Italian dessert like creamy tiramisu or panna cotta topped with fresh fruit coulis. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone seeking an authentic, home-cooked Italian meal while learning about the flavors and traditions that make Tuscany so special.

Cooking experience: (1-8 guests) Enjoy an authentic, hands-on Italian cooking class in the heart of Tuscany with Laetitia and Lucia. One of the best ways to experience local culture is through food, and this 2-hour cooking class, in a town close to Siena, offers the perfect blend of cooking, conversation, and connection. Start with a tour of their vegetable garden, where you'll pick fresh herbs, vegetables, flowers, and eggs that will be used in your meal. Then, learn to make traditional Italian dishes like fresh pesto, homemade pasta with seasonal sauce or risotto, and classic tiramisu. After cooking, enjoy the meal you helped prepare while sharing stories and enjoying good company. This Tuscany cooking class is ideal for anyone looking to dive into Italian culture, learn new cooking skills, and spend time with welcoming locals in their home.

Notes: Laetitia and Lucia can accommodate gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan diets, if informed in advance.

If you opt for alcohol at an additional cost, you will be served two glasses of Chianti wine or beer or non-alcoholic fermented drinks (kombucha or tibicos or shwa-saka san). If you opt for return transportation at an additional cost, it is only for pick up and drop off to central Siena hotels.
