Nancy has been cooking for as long as she can remember. She loves cooking for friends and entertaining and is excited to share her cuisine and culture with guests from around the world.She has a great love for travel and looks forward to providing guests with an evening of food, laughter and, hopefully, new friendship, not to mention a delicious meal all made in the instant pot. Nancy says that so many people have instant pots but don't really cook with it often. She is eager to have you dust off your instant pot and help you prepare some easy instant dishes.

2-3 boneless or bone-in chicken breasts
1 cup chicken stock or water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika or cayenne (if you like it spicy)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp paprika (smoked paprika is even better)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp onion powder
2 cups cabbage and carrots, shredded or 1 bag
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract

"Great virtual experience. I have taken a live deep dish pizza class in Chicago before in the past and was excited about making pizza at home but never got around to it. Figured I would take a class again as I was curious about the cooking difference in the oven at home. I really enjoyed the class, the pizza and brownies came out great. Sitting and talking in someone's kitchen is so intimate and personal, so taking Nancy's virtual Traveling Spoon class was a great way to catch up and connect and feel like we are all in the same place for a few hours.
